Anesthesia

In our dental surgery it is possible to perform dental treatments and operations in anesthesia.

A dental procedure in anesthesia is needed if the patient:

• does not tolerate the slightest pain
• has an abnormal struggle with nausea and uncontrollable retching
• has abnormal fear due to bad childhood memories
• has neglected his/her teeth for a long time and several dental procedures are needed

Before anesthesia there is a consultation where we discuss with the patient the exact plan for the dental treatment, the expected duration of the anesthesia and the expected price of the anesthesia and the dental treatment.

Before anesthesia ECG and laboratory procedures are needed, which will be evaluated by our anesthesiologist.

It is forbidden to eat, drink and smoke prior to six hours to anesthesia!
